This hotel has iconic architecture, and a fun elevator. However, the room we stayed in has not been updated in a long time, and had a few disappointing elements to it. For instance, the shower handle was not inherently easy to figure out, and the curtains did not keep the water in the tub due to the air vent blowing the water everywhere. There were boogers and food crust on the ironing board, so that was not available when needed. The ceiling tiles had water damage, and were discolored. There were pubes stuck in the headboard of the bed, and generally hair everywhere. Nearby rooms had dirty dishes outside their doors for 2 days. Parking is onsite for $20 a night. Staff at check in was great.
