「Stayed for work , used the gym and the bar」

「Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very short due to time of arrival however made us wanting more so we will be rebooking. Freshly revamped smelling of newness, lake views and ample parking but not informed that spa facilities were not open until JULY 24」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「I can honestly say that the time I spent at your hotel was an absolute pleasure. Although it was a short stay of 3 days I could not fault any part of the time I stayed there? 「The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. 」

It would have been enhanced by a Jacuzzi but I am not sure where Barton could put one! One potential improvement would be if the room key could be used to operate the car park barrier to avoid having to ask reception to raise the barrier each time I returned to the hotel. 「Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer.
