Good location right on the front , The rooms were spacious and clean, with some luxurious touches , nice bedding, bed was superb , very comfy, good breakfast, hotel looks a little tired in places , paintwork etc but other than that very nice.

Excellent hotel, great location, superb breakfast

Excellent location, the kids love playing in the sand dunes opposite and a short walk to St Annes pier. Superb breakfast and great service from all staff. Spacious and comfy rooms. We had plenty of parking, even when the car park was full, there was road side parking available. This is our second time visiting. A short drive in to Blackpool

Visit to Illuminations and Tower Ballroom

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful as lift was out of action and there was a problem with the safe. We enjoyed the table served breakfast. We used buses to Blackpool and the stop was close.

Amazing hotel

Love this hotel, staff can’t do enough for you. Breakfast amazing. Rooms have everything you need and we had a lovely view of the beach. We stay here a few times a year

Very nice hotel and lovely sea view room. While there were a lot of cars on the car park and coming and going, it was strangely quiet in the evenings in the bar and dining room. The food was very good though we were choosing from the same dinner menu every night - perhaps they could change it more often. Nice and clean.
