「We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed...

「The hotel is in an excellent location, away from the busy areas but with direct access to the promenade. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. You can walk to and from the old town and markets or use the tram or hire lime bikes to return. We had a hire car and parking was easy, we used Parking du Palais Masséna which is very close to the hotel. Beach clubs are close or you can hire a beach towel from the hotel. Our room was clean with plenty of hot water and had a wonderful sea view....

「Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Carlton Cannes sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel, sehr sauber und modern. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Besonders der Beach Club hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es nur sehr wenige Liegen (ca. 20) am Pool gibt, die bei gutem Wetter sehr früh für den ganzen Tag belegt waren. Leider gab es sonst keine freien Sitzmöglichkeiten oder Alternativen im Pool-/Gartenbereich, sodass wir den Pool kaum...

「酒店職員態度友善，也能夠用英語和客人溝通。酒店也備有免費水、咖啡和茶供客人飲用。酒店離火車站只有幾分鐘，如果需要前往鄰近城市，酒店的確位處一個方便的地點。可惜，房間隔音差，早上容易被其他房間的開/關門聲、其他住客的談話聲、走路聲打擾。另外，浴室也略顯太小。如果能夠解決隔音問題，此酒店是一個來尼斯時的上佳選擇。」
