This place offers exactly what you'd expect for the price paid. It's very close to Nice Airport and within walking distance to Terminal 1, making it ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient, and the reception staff was helpful. There's a public parking area right next to the hotel, which the hotel offers for €12 per day. For a one-day stay, I have no complaints - great value and location.

Property was a quick walk across the street from the airport. The walk ended up being even quicker than we expected, as we took the cross-walk instead of the underground passage way that google maps suggests. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. The room with twin beds was very tiny. Location is convenient. 5 min walk to train and tram that could take you everywhere. The area itself has no tourist attractions. Also, very close to airport- could walk there. Breakfast convenient.
