「The location is amazing and only one street off the main Promenade, so great for a visit to Nice. Fortunately we had a nice corner room with windows, but the rooms and overall interior are very dated and a bit dingy. They should replace the mattresses soon. No closet, but at least there was a small refrigerator and a coffee maker! They do have a lounge with seating for breakfast and a very nice small terrace for drinks at the end of the day.
