Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「Convenience and in a good area」

「I was looking at 3 different hotels and chose this one but then upon checking in I learned there was a charge for parking where the other hotels did not. I looked back at my reservations details and that's when I noticed the wording "Parking Available" which I now know means more than likely is not free. Now with the additional cost of the Parking this hotel was now the more expensive of the 3 hotels I considered. All we did was sleep here for two nights seeing as we were at Busch Gardens all...

「The property is beautiful the room was nice」

「There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers.」

「Very nice hotel, very clean. Nice bars in lobby. Check in was great and check out staff were very attentive asking if we needed water to go and taking pictures of us on the stairs. The only negative was the service at the pool bar. We had to bus our own table several times. There were very long periods between service and after 30 minutes not seeing our waitress we left without our check as she had our room number. We checked with the front desk and our room was billed to include a 20 percent...

「We had an amazing time from the moment we walked in the door! We were offered an upgrade and we took it. The King Spa Room has spectacular views of Tampa! The upgrade was worth the additional cost. The property is beautiful and super clean! There are lots of dinning options between the two properties and the food was really good. Venkatesh was our front desk service professional and he was a real pleasure to work with. 」
