「There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers.」

「This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!」

「We have stayed here many times before a cruise. The convenience to the port is perfect and they have a shuttle that is free within a 2 mile radius but gratuity is favored. A great restaurant inside of the hotel. Easy access to the Riverwalk.」

「We enjoyed our quick one night stay in Downtown Tampa! The hotel is especially unique and has a lot of historical features. Our only complaint is the front desk staff was a little rude when we called from our room asking about room service. Other than that we would definitely stay here again! Great for a staycation. 」

We called about two hours before our check in time to see if our room was ready since we got in to town a little early, Gino was able to get us checked in and accommodate our needs and was so kind. The room and whole property was clean and well maintained. Bartenders were quick and super nice. 10/10 recommend. 」
