「I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. 「When I originally booked this room, the hotel was under a different management company/group. When the change was made, I received multiple emails/comms regarding the change which I appreciated.
