「We stayed two nights at this place.there was one night it was very noisy outside of our door , sounds some people are standing near our door in the hallway and talking and laughing so loud, it kept about couple hours and it was late night. I couldn’t sleep and called front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. It was so bad experience.」

「Nice big one bedroom apartment with kitchen. Some items were not functioning, like the coffee pot and closet door, but Sonder staff fixed those quickly. Overall the idea is self-service and automation, which reduces cost, and that works for us. The laundry room was great, along with the storage lockers downstairs for pre or post-stay.」
