「We love the all-inclusiveness of the resort, the use of the pools and lazy river, restaurants on-site, mini golf, movie at the pool at night, friendly and helpful staff, lay-out of the lodging, plenty of towels and pillows, fully stocked kitchen utensils for cooking, full size refrigerator... I could go on and on. We come here often to relax, we live within 50 miles but once in a while you have to get away and this is our choice.」

「Check-in was terrible. Our room was not ready, and we waited for four hours for a room. Understand that we were early, but after we checked in, house keeping took 2 hours to clean the room next to us, which made it abundantly clear that was the reason the room was delayed」

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve.
