「Very nice property, lots of room for a large family. Loved the private pool and hot tub. The kitchen was bear bones. There were no dish towels or wash rags to clean/dry dishes. Other than that the property had everything you could ask for. Prices were inflated on resort.」

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. The door was broken it could be unlocked from the outside the lock wouldn’t work, the shower drain was partially clogged water drained very slowly, the mini fridge was also broken and I had told the person at the front desk many times but the door or fridge was never fixed.
