「We love the all-inclusiveness of the resort, the use of the pools and lazy river, restaurants on-site, mini golf, movie at the pool at night, friendly and helpful staff, lay-out of the lodging, plenty of towels and pillows, fully stocked kitchen utensils for cooking, full size refrigerator... I could go on and on. We come here often to relax, we live within 50 miles but once in a while you have to get away and this is our choice.」

「1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could...

「The hotel was really bad and it was very dirty. The door was broken it could be unlocked from the outside the lock wouldn’t work, the shower drain was partially clogged water drained very slowly, the mini fridge was also broken and I had told the person at the front desk many times but the door or fridge was never fixed. When we were eating breakfast and my son was eating cereal he had found a cockroach in it. 」

「The breaker flipped and the power went out in the middle of me cooking. But maintenance was there pretty swiftly to get the power restored.」

「The space is very accommodating to families - lots of space for everyone to move around. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. My only concern was the unit number was missing from my confirmation so we had to call in to get that. Thankfully we got an answer right away! The other was the upstairs bathroom toilet seal needs replaced - it leaks and the ring around it was nasty.」

「I just love that place. It was so calm, green and clean. The staff was very friendly. Great value for money. Only one issue - it's not a big deal, but why should you open the pool at 9 am, it; 's too late. However, I would be recommended and I would come again.」
