「The service was amazing from the moment we checked in. I appreciated the texts during our stay to see if we needed anything. We also dine at Proudfoot & Bird and our Waiter Eric made it a wonderful experience. After we a few drinks at the speak easy to complete our evening. 」

「Stayed here for a business trip and family. The room was ok, had to ask several times for it to be cleaned just trash picked up and clean towels but never got done without asking several times. The pull out bed was super small that my 12 year old who is 5ft 4 could hardly fit on it. Breakfast in the morning was good. Pool my kids loved but over done on chlorine levels and disappointed the hot tub was sealed off. Also during weather events such as tornadoes there is no information on were to go...

「Our travel plans were ruined and this hotel is the only one I will stay at in Des Moines but the suite with balcony that I always have was full for the weekend. The front desk employee made some changes and was able to give us a river view room. She went above and beyond when we had a very rough day at the airport. The location is PERFECT for the farmers market on Saturday morning, I cant wait for my next visit!」

「We were in town for a concert. The price was reasonable and the stay was excellent. Staff at check-in was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing negative to say about our experience and will definitely stay here again in the future.」

「Heated pool and large hot tub. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the food was fresh and hot. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was in a very quiet area.」
