Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again.

I get that this is for hyped up families...but dang. The doors barely close...you have to slam them and then double check them. Front desk staff is great, and so is the restaurant staff...I did see a giant dead rat in the parking lot. Didn't see any live ones. Doesn't look like the hallway carpet has been cleaned this decade, wear shoes to the pool. Pool bartender would ask Jimmy Carter for ID.

We were disappointed in the condition of the property. The rooms inside had been updated but with cheap materials and were already in a state of disrepair. The exterior of the hotel was also in a state of disrepair. The pool in one half of the building had been drained for some reason. There was an insane amount of noise coming from the pool on the east side so there was no way we could sleep past 8:30. I don’t think we would ever stay there again. It was nice in the 90’s. Now it just looks like the owners want money to keep rolling in while they put little to nothing into it. Just like the park.

Please listen to the reviews and do not stay here. It’s disturbingly disgusting and ran down. I stayed here so many times throughout my childhood so I really didn’t listen to the reviews but I was completely shocked at the appearance of the hotel and was so ready to check out and get back home where I felt safe and clean again.

The room was bare minimum. There were 3 light bulbs out, tape left on the walls, the floor was dirty and had wrappers laying on the ground. They had one of the pools closed, I had not known this until we went to go to the pool with two small slides. I told the front desk I was not going to be staying and he got my name and all he said was "ok, got you checked out" didn't ask why or anything. When I asked about a refund he said I'd have to call back and speak with management the next day. We checked out before 630.

The staff was very nice and helped me with any questions I had. They gave my family rooms right next to eachother like I requested. The rooms were worn down and very outdated there was on table and one nightstand but nowhere else to set anything other than on the mini fridge. The flooring was coming up, the windows were gross, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Despite Monday being a holiday the pool was closed. They have a policy if there is no lifeguard present the pool can’t be open. So it was a total waste. The ice machine wasn’t even plugged in. The tile in the bathroom was peeling up.

Nice place to stay. I would have to say only have 2 things that would have been kinda nice. First thing, I wish there was one way film in the windows facing the parking lot as you can see into the rooms anytime of day when the curtain is up. Second thing, would have liked there to be a microwave in the rooms. With having a restaurant/bar in the hotel it would have been nice to have a place to warm up food. Overall nice place to stay.

Check in was fine. Went to the pool, parents were not around for a majority of the kids there. Fire alarm went off and we were given no direction what to do. Kids running anround screaming and yelling, including at 1am and 5am up and down the halls, kids had party poppers that they let off all over in halls and down by pool area. Bartender at swim up bar was rude to those that went to purchase.

Good for being close to the park. Rooms and hotel out dated floors looked filthy. Needed ketchup for late night door dash because they forgot it hotel couldn’t grab one from dinning to use so had to unnecessarily order
