「clean，but old. The carpet seems new. Bathroom had been renovated. When I went into the roo，you could smell a old hotel odour. Price was not that expensive，overall I rated 65 out of 100.」

「I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath」

「We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Chesford Grange. Both the bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy however we felt both could do with a freshen up to feel more modern. All staff we met were very welcoming and friendly and the swimming pool and steam room was a nice addition to our stay. Overall we would recommend this hotel and would stay again. Great value also!」
