「Spotless. Beautiful rooms, welcoming staff. Good value for money, particularly considering the alternatives in Stratford-upon-Avon. Naming the rooms after wine producers, instead of numbers, it is a nice touch given the name of the hotel. Highly recommended. 」

「I stayed this hotel for one night on 14 Oct, everything was fine at the benning, since it was a bit cold on that day, so I turned on the a/c to 23 degree for heating up the room and it was really good to me and my wife for going to bed, however, when we were in deep sleep condition while we were waked up around 3 AM in the morning by a freezing temperature at 17 degree shown in the a/c controller. we finally could not go back to sleep even though we had adjusted the controller back to 23...

「Location is perfect. Room small, but comfortable enough. Parking a bit of a pain being so far away, especially in the rain!」

「The front desk was very friendly even we arrived very late at night with a lot of belongings. The lady in the morning shift is especially nice and sincere. She was so lovely to let us stay the baggages till the afternoon. 」
