「At this hotel you are stepping back in time. A very old, classic hotel from post Civil War era. Not perfect but pretty good shape for its age. A visit to Eureka Springs is a step back in time. 」

「We love this hotel and have stayed here several times. It’s always clean and comfortable. I love the vibes of this hotel. Our only problem was our room was charged for drinks from the bar that we did not order. I called the hotel and the girl we spoke with was very rude. She did end up removing the cost of the drinks, but did not remove the gratuity and other charges connected to those drinks. 」
