「It’s a cute B&B place , very unique and great vibe. But remember this is an old building, you can hear other guests upstairs and outside noise. Also rooms can be hot - could the hotel put fans in the room? Breakfast was great , good choice and locally sourced where possible. Staff were fantastic . Would stay again ! 」

「We had four nights in the De La Danza suite( a disco/nightclub Ibiza theme. It has large balcony/lounge/bedroom 2 TVs ( 1 with Sky ) and very large en-suite. Sep shower for two and a very deep bath with hand held rinse. Over designed funky theme, lacking in practical points. Takes couple of days to work out lighting options. 「It's quite good for my stay. I stayed in a room in the top floor. The staircase is a bit narrow, so you will find it more convenient if you don't have a big suitcase. The location is great. It's close to attractions in Brighton. I parked my car in the main street and just walked to the attractions.」

「We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms...
