「Room was clean, staff very friendly, mattress was not very good, biggest complaint was there was absolutely no lighting on around the building at all, none of the parking area lights were on nore around entrance. 」

「The room was on the back facing a busy road that was very noisy. I feel like the management was not prepared for a full hotel. There was not enough staff in the dining area to keep up. Food and coffee were always out at breakfast, no towels in the pool area, and garbages were full. The front desk people were very kind, and tried to be helpful.」

「The week that we were in Helena, the cost of hotels was crazy. We stayed here for $150 a night, the first night. The general manager discounted it because we showed up 2 o’clock in the morning. Extremely friendly general manager, feel bad for him however because he’s been working 24 seven since they’ve been shortstaffed. The bedding was very dirty in our room, but the general manager clean it out with brand new within 10 minutes of the request. Some lingering marijuana smells in the hallways...
