「Room was clean, staff very friendly, mattress was not very good, biggest complaint was there was absolutely no lighting on around the building at all, none of the parking area lights were on nore around entrance. 」

「Its very easy to access and everywhere I need to go for work seems to be less than 10 mins away. Hotel staff are always super friendly. Rooms feel very clean and comfortable. 」

「Rooms were nice the bar/restaurant was good. However in our room there were dirty dishes in the closet and the remote was missing. They switched us rooms right away but gave an excuse that they had a big group over the weekend causing them to be short staffed. To me yes I get it to a point but you just made it harder on yourself as moving is caused two rooms cleaned again instead of one. The attention to detail and the front desk attitude was lacking but other than that nice place to stay...

「The week that we were in Helena, the cost of hotels was crazy. We stayed here for $150 a night, the first night. The general manager discounted it because we showed up 2 o’clock in the morning. Extremely friendly general manager, feel bad for him however because he’s been working 24 seven since they’ve been shortstaffed. The bedding was very dirty in our room, but the general manager clean it out with brand new within 10 minutes of the request. Some lingering marijuana smells in the hallways...
