We chose this hotel for the indoor hot tub and pool. My wife’s back needs that to start her day. The hot tub was permanently closed and the pool didn’t open till 10AM and it was un heated. The room was small and to get a king bed in there the right side had no night stand. There was no central light to turn on with the switch when one entered the room at night. The coffee pot in the room had no basket to hold the grounds.

Upon entering, you could tell The room used to be a smoking room. Very nasty smelling, black mold above the shower, carpet trimming falling off the wall, visible mold, dust and heavy dirt behind the beds. The protection covers were used before. There was fresh spilled coffee stains on the back and side of the mattresses. You could tell this is a lower budget motel, but for almost 200.00 a night, I guess I was expecting clean sheets on a minimum. The hotel, itself, reeks of corporate greed. You can tell when a corporate company takes care of its people. As a former manager of a hotel, this experience broke my heart, because you could tell the staff are under paid and under appreciated, as you could see the housekeeping and front desk staff working together to get the work done. The Staff was very kind and friendly. However the lack of minimal cleanliness is inexcusable.

Room was filthy, borrowed a vacuum from desk so we could get crumbs off of carpet that were there when we walked in. Had to buy sleeping bag and pillows since we were told no extras available.

The room was clean, but it looked like it was rushed in making the beds. The floor in our room on the first floor was peeling up. It was in terrible condition. The bathroom around the baseboards look like they have never been cleaned. The receptionist or girl working in the desk when we got there in the afternoon was very polite very nice. We had an issue with an employee. We were told that he parked outside our ground floor window living out of his car. I expressed my concern about this to the front desk and they said the hotel knew about this and they were OK with it The breakfast was terrible. There wasn’t much to choose from so we skipped it.

We could tell the property is old, but the carpet was changed to enamel flooring, which was good. However, we didn't dare shower as there was black stuff around the tub drain, the ceiling paint was peeling and had black stuff in the corners. The bathroom definitely needed to be redone.

Property was very dirty and pool has not been cleaned. Mold on edges, and gross. Room was equally gross, laminated floor was broken in bathroom so water would go into subgrade, floor was not not chalked next to tub so water could get in there too. Tub was old and worn out.

The front desk folks were wonderful. Breakfast was good. The pillows were old and lumpy. The hallway looked like it hadn't been cleaned at least that day. The flooring in the room was loose. The mattress sagged. Sheets were clean and smelled like bleach. For the price I would be have expected better but it was a safe place to stay and not terrible. The people were nice.

Good Breakfast. Property and Rooms are quite old. Our room had some damage and some cleaning concerns. That we mentioned to the staff. They were mostly just brushed off and damage was noted which we appreciate. Staff is nice to talk to, but they are pretty tied to their station. We did had time to go in pool or spa, but staff said it was working and available till 10pm.
