Decent stay overall but you could tell the renovated parts from the none renovated parts. Pull out couch didn’t come with a sofa set in room and the pullout mattress didn’t have a mattress cover on it and was covered in crumbs. Main pool was super cold due to water heater being broken which is understandable but hot tub had a bunch of stuff floating around in it and looked super cloudy. Also, the outside doors beside the main entrance didn’t work with a key would turn green real quick but then you couldn’t get in. I’ve had that happen at both Fairfield locations I’ve visited within the last two weeks. Staff was friendly and willing to help but overall wasn’t super pleased with our stay.

Best staff at a hotel I have stayed at! We were greeted everyday with a friendly comment and even got my boys (and basketball team) breakfast after we got back after breakfast was closed.

Staff was friendl, check in quick. Room and facility very clean...good breakfast. Highly recommend. Right off the interstate, and pretty centrally located to any place you may want to go in Helena. Would stay again.

The hot tub was cold, maybe 96 degrees. The floor around both pools looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. There were dead spiders and bugs right were you would walk around the hot tub. I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the past year and have noticed that the beds on the second floor need to be replaced. They are all smashed down and hard, very uncomfortable. I like this hotel, it is in a good location for the work I come to Helena to do and the price is pretty good. There are just few things that need some attention.

This was a comfortable quiet hotel. The staff was very nice. It suited all of our needs. We missed the breakfast buffet but the staff was accommodating and we were able to get toast, waffles and coffee . The hot tub jets were not working but everything else was great.

The hotel was decent. The breakfast was good, especially for being 'free'! The room was quite warm though and barely cooled down even with turning the thermostat down to 65degrees. There was also a hair in the bathroom sink and the window in the room was fogged up and needing replaced. Lastly, the fridge was a mini-minifridge so maybe don't take your leftovers to the room. In general though, the room had pleasant finishes.
