The checkout time is a bit too early at 10a.m. The view (lakeside room and restaurant) are marvelous. Service of Staff at restaurant are efficient! It's warm in the lobby and the reception is nice; Hotel is near the bus stop, convenience store (5mins) and restaurant (10mins); The room is neat and tidy and room size is big; Onsen area is quiet. Breakfast is also included. The hotel should add a washing machine and microwave.」

「由小田原搭巴士到蓬萊園下車，落車往後方行，沿斜路行5 分鐘便到達酒店，因拖著大喼行斜路十分吃力，酒店有室外及室內温泉都超細，多過 3 人浸温泉都感到擠迫，早餐预定一人一份，有4 件麵包，沙律及乳酪，要在房間進食，晚餐到小涌園餐廳吃燒肉，因近年尾，房間連早，晚餐收费都頗貴，整體感覺不值！」
