The checkout time is a bit too early at 10a.m. The view (lakeside room and restaurant) are marvelous. Service of Staff at restaurant are efficient! Stairs exist between the carport and the resort entrance (~50m walking), and most of the rooms in this resort are on the 2nd floor, just take in mind that you will have to move your luggages through stairs. It's warm in the lobby and the reception is nice; Hotel is near the bus stop, convenience store (5mins) and restaurant (10mins); The room is neat and tidy and room size is big; Onsen area is quiet. Breakfast is also included. The hotel should add a washing machine and microwave.」
