「Lovely hotel lots of facilities well worth a trip over 」

「Overall very satisfying though the décor of the hotel is showing its age. Also one lift was out of order which had a considerable impact Rooms very good size for a couple. View not beautiful but we didn't ;'t come here for that. Breakfast buffet adequate but not a huge variety. Easy walk from Cardiff central. About 30 minutes maximum. 」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「This is our second stay and it was excellent. Ok the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment at the moment but our room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on both mornings ( even though rude guests were talking on their Mobil’s on speaker phone! I hope they read this review!) We didn’t eat in the restaurant on this occasion but have in the past and it has been excellent. Well done all the staff!」

「Lovely hotel in an beautiful location on the prom. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/beach etc. Large car park with ample parking spaces. Only issue we came across was the TVs in our room had okay signal, but were a bit temperamental to start up and lacked a lot of channels. Other issue on the day was the lift was sadly not working, and we were on the 4th floor, so lots of walking! 😂」
