「El hotel es bueno, tiene acceso a la playa aunque no esté en frente y la alberca tiene buena temperatura y música agradable. Lo malo: Pedí unos tacos de camarón el primer día y me intoxiqué, deberían revisar el estado de sus alimentos. Cabe aclarar que no soy alérgico a nada. Al principio no les importó mucho y el servicio médico que tienen no es nada bueno. Tuve que solucionarlo comprando medicamentos por mi cuenta pero eso sí, me cancelaron lo de la cuenta. 「El hotel ya tiene sus años pero está muy bien conservado. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y la atención es muy agradable. Las albercas están geniales y climatizadas. Sobre la comida y bebidas puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles en este rubro, la comida es deliciosa desde el desayuno hasta la cena y las bebidas de calidad. 「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily.
