「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「Very nice hotel located in the downtown area. The location is excellent and close to everything you need or want to see downtown. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were well kept and clean. You could hear some yelling in the halls from younger guests that were probably partying later at night but other than that. Would definitley recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again myself. 10/10」
