「简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 」

「I enjoyed my stay at the hotel on my girls trip memorial weekend.. The room was nice and roomy enough for 4.. My issue with this whole booking is the fact that Expedia states there is a car charger on site but there isn’t one.. That issue needs to be rectified as this is false advertisement to anyone like myself who rented a electric car and chose this hotel for that specific reason..」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Muito bom! Hotel completo, quarto amplo e espaçoso. Com todas as comodidades, cozinha completa, que com crianças pequenas ajuda muito na alimentação. Único problema foi na caução no check in que bloquearam 2 vezes o valor do cartão de crédito, reduzindo o limite de utilização. Ainda no prazo do estorno do bloqueio, aguardando não ter nenhuma surpresa desagradável. 」

「The breaker flipped and the power went out in the middle of me cooking. But maintenance was there pretty swiftly to get the power restored.」

「I just love that place. It was so calm, green and clean. The staff was very friendly. Great value for money. Only one issue - it's not a big deal, but why should you open the pool at 9 am, it; 's too late. However, I would be recommended and I would come again.」
