「Great location. Beautiful property however th bathrooms could be renovated 」

「Great location. We got an upgrade with balcony. However no daily housekeeping, I requested cleaning up the room, for the next morning and only the towels were changed. No answer from the Manager . Not a good idea the policy of no daily housekeeping for the guests」

「We loved our stay at The Marshall House! Beautifully maintained historic hotel in an excellent location. Staff was so warm and friendly and loved the “extras”- coffee, wine hour, and breakfast! Can’t say enough good things!」

「All was well accept the first room we had had personal items left in it from the previous guest, namely their denture container! We were given a new room immediately but it did leave us with an uneasy feeling. Other than that it’s an awesome hotel. 」

「The offsite parking ( around the corner) was a problem -we have a brand new 2024 Alpha Romeo -my husband was very concerned however the valet Darius allowed him to go with him to inspect the parking. I also chose the meal plan -but the dining area was closed again tafter a long day we just wanted something quick -the 2 guys in the dining room bar were able to offer us a burger & fries. It was delicious. Minor things to be corrected otherwise very nice hotel. Thank you. 」

「The elevator broke one afternoon. Had to walk to the 6th floor but was fixed like 2 hours later. Don’t like I had to pay $45 a day for valet parking. Should be included in the room price. Like their breakfast which you have to pay for. 」

This historic inn is charming and the staff is first rate. Laurie at the front desk was so helpful and answered all our questions. Our room was on the second floor and was spacious. 「First time staying at ALoft property, I was surprised to find out about the $35 a day that valet charge that was mandatory for parking but ended up being a blessing in disguise cause parking downtown is a nightmare. They were wonderful. You got your car easily brought you within seconds you could order it From your cell phone. All fees and charges were clearly stated.
