「The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, plying us with all the tea we wanted at breakfast, for instance. 」

「One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!」

「It’s a very good property, completely calm and peaceful. It has been a pleasure to stay 2 nights in this hotel. The dinner was one of the best of the whole trip」

「Food is 10/10 and so are staffs, building is new and spacious but only issue is noise outside and inside. I wish they can invest in better windows and doors for noise insulation because anytime anyone walks through the hallways, closes or open doors, trucks honks outside etc. it all can be heard inside the room and can be very disruptive through the night. 」

「Beautiful rooms in a former palace. The grounds and buildings are lovely. The service is very good. The breakfast buffet is not as good as similar hotels in larger cities, but still very good. The a la carte menu is better than the evening dinner buffet. Over all, a great experience. 」

「Checkin in was quick and staff friendly. Assigned room 101. Bed was very comfortable and main furnishings were adequate. Room had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. The one with shower was poorly set up, in that water did not fully drain inside shower instead going under door and cover most of floor outside. No drain in floor outside shower. Only two body towels provided, no hand towels. Previous occupants partially used shampoo and body wash bottles left in shower. ...

「The hotel was very nice situated in a very quite part of murree. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was lots of staff members around all very polite and helpful. The food in the cafe donwstairs was a bit expensive and wasn't to our taste. The swimming pool hasn't been built yet either. The hotel is about 5km from mall road and we found it difficult to get taxis but luckily we had a driver. 」

「This place should not be used as a hotel also considering the price it’s not worth it. The lobby and common areas smell of urine. The doors to the rooms are light which means it’s very noisy in the rooms until late night. The place is not clean, we had only boiling hot water in the shower and overall it’s just disgusting and overpriced. I cannot believe hotels.com has this property on their site. 」
