The most courteous and helpful staff, I’ve ever experienced. Excellent all inclusive daily breakfast. Located in safe and best area in Islamabad. The only issue is; you can’t create an online account because SMS will not reach 🇺🇸 and SMS is required to create online account to book. I used Expedia to book.

Bait and switch with the room

We booked a family room with 2 king beds, but when we checked in the hotel gave us a smaller room with only one bed. The AC, set on 16 celcius, but does not cool the room. It is extremely uncomfortable and feels like 24-25 degreesin the room, definitely not a good sleeping temperature. Very unhappywith the room and the fact that Roomy did not provide us with the room webooked and paid for.
