「Welcome was average, just going through the motions. Club room was furnished with some taste, although a bit of wear was showing on furniture. Bathroom fan not working, which drives me mad but I’ve given up complaining to any hotel as it’s so common. I know these things burn out easily when lights are left on permanently so it’s an occupational hazard for the hotels; I do sympathise a little. 「The Amble Inn was very comfortable and dog friendly - however, there were no signs to advise where dogs were allowed to go in the restaurant area so needless to say my dog & I were asked to move! 「Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.」

「The plus was free parking, within walking distance of city centre, provided you ordered and paid for breakfast the night before, it provided good value for money, and quality bathroom towels. Hotel is aged and rooms would benefit from a 'face lift'. Happy to recommend.」
