「一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店」

「We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. We made use of the Leisure Centre. Make sure you book The Spa if you want to use their facilities. The Lakeside Bar area was very nice with a vast selection of spirits including alcohol free cocktails and bottled beer/cider. We went to the “Allo Allo” dining experience which was fab. 「The owner opened the door for me and she knew my name ! Couldn’t do more for me I felt I had everything I needed ! The breakfast was superb just enough food to satisfy me and it was very tasty abs freshly cooked ! It’s perfectly located for the town centre. 「While I like to see hotels not overly supplying amenities, this hotel goes a bit too minimal. There is not even body lotion which is really necessary for most people in winter. 3-in-1 cleanser didn't make me feel good too. Otherwise, the hotel is good and staff were helpful and friendly. 」

「Lovely hotel apartment. The only thing i would say is on a safety point of view. My 4 year old woke up in the night at 1.10am, confused (as didnt know where he was) and when he went looking for us, he actually went out the main door to the corridor and up the stairs (we were on the first floor). It wasnt until we heard him crying through the walls that we shocked awake and went looking for him. The night receptionist, was on and heard what had happened, but our son went up the stairs so...

「This hotel was excellent! The Hebden suite is huge with great views. The hotel was clean the staff were friendly. It was a bargain for the one night with bed and breakfast. I highly recommended this hotel and we will return.」
