The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is good if you just want somewhere to sleep. The hotel was basic but clean. There are no hand towels only bath towels. It would be better if the 2 bed lights were on separate circuits. The body lotion was on the wall in the shower, it would be better near the sink. It would be useful if there were a couple of drawers for clothes etc and if there was a lounge area. Saying all that it was in a good location near shops, restaurants, museum and the docks. The hotel was fairly quiet.

So hotel is halfway between Matthew Street and Albert docks which is an amazing situation for this property. The tiny reception to desk was Mann with two people and quick to check us in Kawasaki card and make necessary adjustments and pay Liverpool Tax overnight two people £2.40. Went to room clean tidy Two double bed beds shower room shower not particularly clean as it should be but toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, washing hand stuff and shower gel and body lotion or present correct iron ironing board, hairdryer, kettle tub mugs tea and coffee, milk sugar fine too tired to notice whether there was a TV but good USB points around the Room sheets clean pillowcases clean duvet very hot could do with air conditioning curtains good kept us in the dark, whilst we slept all in all very good hotel, especially for the Price

Good location ideally situated in the heart of liverpool with easy reach to the docks (5 mins) and 10 mins to the cavern quarter. Sadly the restaurant isnt open but theres a pub over the road and lots of alternatives nearby. Very good hotel, modern and clean.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider erfüllt das Frühstück nicht die Erwartungen. Es ist ein kontinentales Frühstück, aber ohne herzhafte Komponente. Für Diabetiker ungeeignet. Wir würden das Hotel aber immer wieder buchen, nur ohne Frühstück

Location is perfect which you cannot find anything to complaint on. Neat and tidy room with no extra single use items inside unless you ask for. Something I am not fully satisfied is the room next door was under some renovation work/repair work by the time I was in. I can hear quite some loud voice and wall-mounted TV was shaking. Overall I highly recommend this hotel as it does the job that you need when you stay here. Check in and out process was super smooth. No room cleaning was offered for my 3nights stay here but for me it's fine. If you are looking for somewhere within walkable distance to the royal dock and city centre, here is a good location for you. And last but not least, bus stop to Anfield stadium within 1 minute distance.
