「We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

「We loved everything about this property! So calm and peaceful. The view of the lake, indoor wood fireplace, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen all made for a very relaxing retreat! Highly recommended! Can't wait to go back! The owners are wonderful people as well!」

「The staff was very friendly and the room was cute and clean, but there were a few issues. The a/c didn't seem to work at all (despite following included instructions, it just wouldn't turn on at all). The coffee maker also didn't work, and the lights were very dim (the dimmer was stuck on the lowest setting). The front desk is only staffed from 9-5ish, so by the time we realized these issues, there was nobody to alert. Overall, cute spot and great location though.」
