「The front desk is not very agreesieve to solve the issue for customer. I booked the hotel via agent and the package is breakfast included. I show the confirmation later and also the member card. But the front desk only keep saying that they didn’t see that info from their record. They only asked me to solve this via my agent and not willing to help to double check in their side. This is bad experience and I won’t stay again. 」

「We stayed in the loft suite and it was quite nice. The bedroom is upstairs but the stairs are carpeted and easy to navigate in the middle of the night. Spacious patio. 16' windows. All in all a very grand and impressive room! Very good value for the money. Parking was free! Which we did not expect. Bed exceptionally comfy Only negative would be the TV whch was incomprehensible. We didnt eat breakfast (not free) there. They have no bar or restaurant so best to go somewhere else for food. 」

While there's an opportunity to enhance the bathroom fan due to the shower curtain smell caused by humidity, the overall experience is still enjoyable. The hotel location is absolutely unbeatable, unless the sound of airplanes is a concern for you.」

「My experience was great. We are staying in a loft room which separated me with my roommate who snored loudly. The loft room was quiet and the noise insulation was very good. I did not hear the noise from outside either. The airport shuttle bus service was also good that we arrived at the airport in time. 」
