「This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.」

「This was our first trip as family (5) since Covid. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed everything from the basketball length infinity pool to the seaweed free beach to the waterpark (pretty far away). And free daily ice cream at the sweets shop. The shuttle service comes every 10-15 mins and sometimes a little longer depending on season. The kids loved riding on shuttle and preferred it over walking since restaurants are about 10 mins walk from pool and beach area. There is a little tucked...

「The cove is beautiful and upscale. However, our AC did not work properly the entire vacation so it did get hot in the room. Drinks were very expensive and the waiters and waitresses did not come to the beach nearly enough so you had to get up and get your own food and drinks a lot of the time.」

「Had an excellent time from the receptionist to my waitresses. They knew what time i’d arrive for breakfast and they took good care of me. my room was a bit warm they immediately sent someone to look at it and fix the problem. Aaliyah smoothies is so good. Beach is fantastic, food is good, i only ate breakfast bc im not on grounds for any other meal. Folks were very nice, they match your energy. Overall i’m pleased with my stay.」
