「Great stay, convenient location」

「This was my 3rd time staying here. The last time was before the pandemic. The wall was refreshed. The crews were also very nice and willing to help. And the restaurants in the little Italy area were more blooming. Good place to stay」

「Great hotel, newly updated amenities were appreciated. We tried to check in early and were excited when we were informed there was a room ready, sadly they charged us for early check in. I think if there is a room available it would be nothing to just allow guests in without a fee. Disappointing. That aside, I would recommend this hotel. I haven’t been to Tenderloin area in about 6/7 years, but the homelessness and addictions have become such a problem. Nothing against Hotel Emblem but good to...

「The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.」

「Nice boutique hotel located in beverly hill neighborhood. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They give warm welcome to guests and even trip suggestion. The bar are nice and cozy. Those the room is comparatively small, but it's understandable given the safe and sound location. Few mins walk to rodeo street and beverly hill sign.」

「It was a very nice property & easy to get around to places by just walking. I disliked that their parking was sold out when it was barely 4pm. So we had to park elsewhere during our stay. The cleanliness in the room was average, the towels we got were dirty luckily we brought our own. 」
