「I like the service and the quality of this hotel when I need something they always gave me something right away and then the hotel is very less free and I could take a lot of pictures and look so pretty! The room in the hotel is pretty clean and I think you can do it better well if the carpet not black」

「職員態度一般，睡房比較暗，只有一盞床頭燈；但房間面積大，位置是在Nob Hill 山頂上，景觀開揚，交通尚算方便，酒店附近有 cable car 站， 可乘搭 cable car，但也要行一段約五分鐘的斜路才回到酒店；另外，附近也有一間大的藥房，行落兩條街，約行十分鐘，可以購買一些日常用品及小食。」

This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant, and eating is always like that. If it weren't...
