「Overall, hotel a bit tired. Room fine and goid walk in shower. Reception staff and some others, notably Patsy, very good. However, some younger waiting staff in bar and restaurant sorely in needvof training on the job and customer service. 」

「What can we say that hasn't already been said? The Lawrence is situated an easy walk from the city centre. It's quirky and fabulous. Emmet is a great host and Oona a cheerful sight in the mornings. Oh, the breakfast - they're great 」

「 The back of the building where it said was the Welcome Center. The center was not open, and we were told had not been open since Covid. The back door was left open and we saw RATS running under the tables into the corner. I slammed the door shut.」

「Great check in experience. We rode in on a motorcycle and he opened his courtyard as off street parking for us. It was easy to find and central to the historic sites of Derry. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast ladies made us feel very welcomed and prepared a delicious custom morning meal. Great experience! Highly recommend staying here. We would come back again.」
