You can’t pay the location or kind service at this hotel. Brilliantly located inside the walls by all the local pubs and eateries and all the history. Been here several times now with my family wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Derry

Excellent location and the staff are very helpful and super friendly. The hotel itself is tired looking and so are the rooms, the rooms are in need of a makeover as the "Deluxe" room we had although was clean but not in anyway was it deluxe. I would not say it was worth over £500 for 2 nights. But I assume that was due to time of year for the Halloween celebrations.

We stayed there. The duvets are nice as are the rooms, restaurant, bar and parking garage. Just know that the there’s no air con/heater in the rooms. There was a tabletop fan which was helpful. The tubs are quite a step into/out of.

Very good hotel..room was spotless, but very warm they had a fan in the room which did help.. first night we couldn’t get parked in the hotel car park.. but managed to get a space the next morning which obviously made a difference regarding carrying your luggage. All in all a very good hotel and a great location. Definitely would go back.
