Big spacious room and comfortable bed. We didn't realise the toilet was up another flight of stairs and through another two doors. That took the edge off our stay, which was otherwise fine

Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. To reach the bathroom I had to go up and downstairs and there was no mirror in the bathroom. The carpets were badly stained in some places.

Had a lovely stay here, big gorgeous room with a comfortable bed, bathroom & kitchen facilities were well equipped and clean. Area was quiet and peaceful, a little walk out of the main area of town but wasn’t an issue. Very smooth check in & check out process, a lovely stay altogether!

My partner and I stayed 2 nights here without a car and while the walk from the rail station was arduous, the stay was lovely. Our room was massive, the bathrooms were hard to find at first, but clean, and the staff were ready to help. We especially appreciated access to a kitchen with a decent amount of pots/plates/etc for making a simple dinner our first night. The property is a bit far from the center of Derry, but not unmanageably so; just be prepared for walking up and down hills! Check in was confusing because I had not received communication that we had to go to the main property first, but that might be an issue with Expedia rather than the property management. Overall a great stay that I would recommend!
