「Glen Eyrie is a retreat center, a place to escape the fast paced world around us. In a beautiful valley next to Garden of the Gods, it has walking/hiking trails into the red rocks as well as well planted grounds. Breakfast was wonderful. I only gave it a good as the room was worn tho' clean and had a good bed. Also be aware there are no TV's in the rooms.」

「I’m fairly sensitive to smells, and they do use an air freshener of sorts to mask it, but upon walking in you can definitely tell there has been some combination of smoking and pets in the room at some point. It’s not terrible, just noticeable when I first walked in. There are some mysterious building noises, repeated creaking/tapping sounds etc, but I put on my noise machine and slept just fine. 「The water temperature in the two swimming pools was quite cold and did not make for a pleasurable experience. The hot tub was fine. The staff and excursions from the Adventure Center were superb. Mike and his staff were very informative and friendly. The meals in the restaurants were good and the servers were friendly. I wish there was a little more variety in the menus.」
