「First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. 」

「I live in the hotel for 19 days, but no one help me make up my room even I giving extra tips. Services is horrible! Never recommend to anyone.」

「Very clean. Parking wasn't ideal but fine once you get into the garage. Breakfast was very good. 」

「Absolutely superb! We had a wonderful 3 days staying in this beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious, well appointee and immaculately clean. Fabulous beds and an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to assist me when I had a problem and needed help. A special thank you to Paul the hotel manager for his kindness.」
