「The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. 「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「We stayed for a week all up and found the hotel architecture/fitout, services, dining and in particular the staff to be exceptional. 「The stay was comfortable. Reception and breakfast staff were superb. Housekeeping could be better. They knocked to clean our room before we went out for breakfast. We told them we will be out in 10 minutes. Indeed we were. We were down to breakfast only to come back to our room undone. We took a nap had a do not disturb before we went out. Went out after lunch time. Came back later still our room was not done. That was the only downside of our stay. 」
