「Elevator was broke, ac was working properly 」

「This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4.」

「The building is really old and the room is dirty no cleaning service, the matteress was really hard cannot sleep on there, when we get the there the toilet was broken and towel hanger was broken too And at the LAST they charged me $164 without receipt or without email, i still dont know why This was really terrible experience, never go there again 」

「We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.」

「The room was clean. The view was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. That being said the beds are in serious need of replacing. you can feel every spring in the bed it's like there is no stuffing left. you can tell the hotel is old and needs A LOT of updating but for the price it was fine for a few days. We stayed in room 207. At night the parking is also a nightmare but that is to be expected when you are staying right in the middle of the action. There is over flow...

「My family and I recently stayed at the Palmetto we have no complaints. The property is a bit dated however; the hotel location and direct private beach access was great. I would ask if you could kindly provide more accessible towels at the pool area that would be awesome. I would definitely be back next summer same property. 」
