Second floor unit too close to street level so lots of noise at night audible in bedroom which is on the entry side of the unit and near elevators. The rest if the unit was perfect especially the balcony view of the beach.

This condo is very nice. It just needed a deeper cleaning. Wonderful stay. Right on the beach is nice and i sure got a lot of exercise walking from parking garage to room. Out of 5 stars i give 4.

I didn’t like how the building was a bit confusing. Took me a while to find the pool, no clear signs directing to pool. Very limited amount of pools and spas/sauna. No assign parking was also an inconvenience. Nice views. Clean room. Spacious. Room was same as the pictures - which was good. Overall, good experience.

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to plenty of things. However, the customer service was not good. Our air conditioning unit was not working, and it took an extended time to get it repaired. We had to sleep 2 nights without ac, and it was mid 80s in the condo in the meantime. I was also told we would be provided with extra fans that were not provided, and I was hung up by customer service.

Well while the room had a beautiful view. It started not so great with the way to get luggage to your room. The bed was uncomfortable the tv in the bedroom did not work the door to the balcony was very hard to open. But the worst part of staying in this room was the maintenance guy and a contractor was able to enter the room without our knowledge. When we called southern rental about this matter we let them know that we was not informed about these people coming in our room and they acted like it was not a big deal at all. So not very happy with the southern rental company and will not be booking with them again.

The location itself is very nice and convenient if you want to explore. However, entering the condo it smelled like cigarettes and the amount one pays for the cleaning fee doesn’t correlate as it wasn’t cleaned properly. I did let management know within the 24 hour time frame but all they could say is sorry and there was no solution to the problem. They stopped answering my text messages after asking for an update. I am very understanding but this was disappointing as I would have appreciated more effort from management.

The property was wonderful elevator was fast .

The room was nice just didn't have a iron to iron your clothes. Plus not enough room too store other guests bags.
