「The best hotel in montreal specialy for the pool and spa」

「The rooms are small but functional. I was travelling alone so it worked well for me. The breakfast met my needs. Centrally located but it can seem a little rough at night. I had a great view out my window and the woman who checked me in was lovely!!」

「the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... 」

「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「I had a great stay- spent three nights here for a conference. Staff was helpful and kind, room was spacious and exactly as described. Daily cleanings were appreciated as many hotels are lazy about this now post pandemic. Excellent location in the heart of downtown and a short walk from Crescent Street and Mont Royal. They have a small coffee shop in the lobby. I’d recommend staying here. 」

「The property was nice, rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. Located 10 minutes from Old Montreal and the Port, which was very convenient. I would stay here again, received good value for the dollar. A couple of things that could use some attention though; we had a room with 2 queen beds, the beds were very comfortable, but we were unable to charge our phones as there were no outlets available (they were behind the bed). I suggest a taller night table between the beds with built in...
