「A very bad hotel, with blocked shower pipes, loud sound from the heater, and the sound of the refrigerator, I didn't sleep well all night」

「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」

「有訂早餐,但客服人員卻表示沒有含早餐,後來還要自己寫信給飯店,但已經損失了一天的早餐,雖然後來從免稅店選了禮物,但價值並不相當,亦難補缺失」
